HELP NEEDED!

SET UP & TAKE DOWN

To unload the trailer, you need a minimum of 4 people. They may want to bring a bag lunch. Team members are encouraged to arrive when they can so they can pitch in and help out.

SET UP

1] Visit the barn to determine to determine items needed for the weekend and to organize stuff needed. Chrysalis uses items marked B and C.
The C stands for Chrysalis, E for Emmaus and B for both.  E items are put to the rear of the hallway.

2] B and C are loaded onto trailer on Tues or Wed before the weekend.

3] Unloading team arrives at site on Thursday morning at between 9 to 10 am to start the unloading process.

4] Items are distributed into 4 main areas.

a] Agape Room [small dining room]

b] Conference Room / Center Hallway

c] Kitchen

d] Upstairs Hallway

5] Each room needs to be organized and set up by the respective team. For example, Agape sets up the Agape room, cooks the kitchen, everyone pitches in when setting up the bedrooms, etc.

6] Trailer needs to be taken down to lower parking lot.

Take down

It seems to work best when we have a team of 8 people for the final 1 PM push.

1] Trailer is towed back Saturday night or Sunday and is put on the side near the office. Claudia needs to be consulted as to best time, her guys can pull the trailer.

2] Items are put back into marked boxes. Items are loaded onto the trailer as soon as they are no longer needed.

3] Kitchen, dining room and upstairs can be cleaned Sunday afternoon, after lunch.

4] Butterfly luggage is brought down stairs around 3 pm by the background team

5] Final clean up of Conference Room, Center Hallway and loading of the trailer.

I will be up with Dan by 10 AM. Fly with Christ!
